Returns

You may return most new, unused Grinding drilling machines within 30 days of delivery for a full or partial refund, subject to the conditions below:

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
A valid proof of purchase or order number is required.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

Non-returnable items include:

Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation
Special order or customized items
Items returned after 30 days of delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Please note:

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If the item was purchased with a discount or promotional offer, your refund will reflect the discounted price.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange your drilling machine for the same model, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund as applicable.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. If your order has already been processed or shipped, you must follow our returns process once the product is delivered.
