We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped, along with tracking information.

  • Orders with customization or special requirements may take additional time.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping (5–7 Business Days): Free on all orders over $199

  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 Business Days): Calculated at checkout

  • Overnight Shipping: Available upon request; please contact our support team before placing your order.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or high-demand periods.


Freight Shipping for Heavy Equipment

For large or heavy items such as industrial grinding or drilling machines, we offer freight shipping through specialized carriers.

  • Freight shipping typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location.

  • Curbside delivery is included unless otherwise specified.

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order status anytime through your account dashboard on our website.


Shipping Damages or Issues

P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

We do not ship heavy or freight items to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses. Smaller items may be eligible—please contact us to confirm before placing your order.
